Hi.

We’re Jill, David, and Kelsey, the creative team behind One Soul Photography. In our 3,000sf Kennesaw studio, we’ve designed a dynamic space to bring your traditional or creative studio portraits and business branding projects to life.

We’re unique in that we’re each professional, full-time photographers and work for you behind the scenes and during your studio session, collaborating on concepts,  inspiring ideas, and feeding off of each other’s creativity. Jill and David, a couple, founded One Soul in 2018. Kelsey joined them in 2021.

We’re consummate artists, passionate people-lovers, and passionate about creating art that reflects your vision.

Where is One Soul Photography located?

Our studio is at 875 Gettysburg Trail NE, Suite 210, Kennesaw, GA 30144 — about 25 miles northwest of Midtown Atlanta. Studio visits are by appointment only. We serve the Greater Atlanta metro area and offer optional location photography for clients who prefer to shoot off-site.

Who are the photographers at One Soul Photography?

Our team is Jill Marie Scruggs, David Scruggs, and Kelsey Belair. Jill and David, a married couple, founded One Soul in 2018. Kelsey joined in 2021 and is now a full-time photographer while also serving as Client Relations Manager — often the first team member you'll meet.

Jill, David, and Kelsey are full-time professional photographers and shoot in pairs. During your session, two photographers collaborate on concepts, lighting, posing, and composition in real time — an immersive studio experience that delivers portrait art beyond what a single photographer working alone typically produces.

Who do you photograph?

We photograph individuals, couples, and families of up to five for personal portraiture, and business owners, professionals, and teams of up to five for branding photography. Whether you're updating family portraits, marking a milestone, building a personal brand, or refreshing team imagery, we tailor each session to your vision.

Do you only photograph in your studio, or do you go on location?

Most of our work happens in our 3,000-square-foot Kennesaw studio, where we control lighting and have access to a variety of sets and an extensive in-house wardrobe. Location photography is available as an optional add-on for outdoor family sessions, executive portraits at your office, or branding imagery in an environment that reflects your business.

How much does a session at One Soul Photography cost?

Our session fee is $499 and includes complimentary professional hair styling and makeup for one person, up to three looks per person, and up to two hours of studio photography. Images, prints, wall art, and digital collections are purchased separately, with options starting at $120. More pricing details are on our Investment page and provided in full at your consultation.

Is hair and makeup included in the session fee?

Yes. Every One Soul Photography session includes complimentary professional hair styling and makeup for one person, performed by our beauty team before your shoot. Additional makeovers can be added if more participants in your session would like professional styling.

How do I book a session with One Soul Photography?

What else do you offer besides portrait sessions?

In addition to personal portraits and business branding sessions, we offer studio rental for working photographers who want access to our 3,000-square-foot creative space, and photography education classes for photographers developing their craft.
